Account and Service Data

You can create an account with a username and password; no email address is required. Account authentication involves processing your username and password authentication details. An email address is not required to register. Please avoid including unnecessary personal information in your username.

To provide subscriptions and support, VPNRV retains account-linked plan details, data usage, order status, payment results, and support ticket content. These records are used to verify service entitlements, handle billing and refunds, and resolve issues. Submit only necessary information in ticket attachments; do not send passwords, payment credentials, or complete subscription links.

Anonymous No-Logs Policy

VPNRV follows an anonymous no-logs policy: it does not record which websites users visit through international routes, store browsing content, visited URLs, or search queries, or build profiles of individual browsing activity.

Connection status used to forward traffic is processed temporarily while a connection is active and is not persistently retained as connection logs that could be used to trace individual browsing activity. Account data usage is used for billing and does not include a list of destination websites. Marketing website analytics are handled separately from activity on subscription routes.

Anonymous no-logs describes our data-recording practices. It does not mean external websites cannot identify users through accounts they sign into, and it does not replace the need to protect devices, accounts, and subscription links.

Usage Statistics and Local Storage

The marketing website uses usage statistics to understand page visits, referral categories, and interactions so we can improve content and navigation. These statistics are not used to record which external websites users visit through subscription routes. Network request information involved in loading web pages is processed only as needed to operate and maintain site security.

Cookies and local storage are used to maintain necessary sessions, save login status, and store interface preferences. The user panel may store authentication tokens locally in your browser until you log out, the token expires, or you clear the relevant data.

You can use your browser settings to restrict cookies or clear site storage. After clearing it, you may need to log in again, and saved preferences may be reset. Clearing local data does not also delete server-side order and account records.

Payment Processing and Data Sharing

VPNRV supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Payments are processed by the relevant third-party providers. VPNRV confirms service entitlements based on order and payment results and retains necessary transaction records for reconciliation, refunds, and dispute handling.

Third-party providers may process transaction details under their own policies. Please check the payment page and provider policies before paying. VPNRV shares relevant data only as needed to deliver the service, carry out necessary technical processing, or meet legal obligations. User browsing activity is not used for advertising profiles.

Data Retention and Deletion Requests

Account details are retained for as long as needed to manage accounts and services. Order and support records are retained as required for reconciliation, dispute handling, and applicable laws. Usage statistics are retained only as long as needed for analysis and maintenance, then deleted or de-identified once their purpose has been fulfilled. Data is not kept indefinitely without a business purpose.

You can log in to the panel and use a support ticket to request access to, correction of, or deletion of account data. VPNRV will verify account ownership and explain the scope of processing. Deletion may affect account access and subscription use. Records that must be retained by law or are still needed to resolve a transaction dispute will be restricted to that purpose and handled once the retention reason ends.

Policy Updates and Feedback

VPNRV may update this policy to reflect service features, data practices, or applicable requirements, and will update the month shown at the top of the page. Important changes to processing purposes, scope, or user rights will be announced on the website or in the user panel. Where consent is legally required, it will be obtained separately.
