Service Scope

VPNRV provides international network routes, subscription links and access to client software, covering 90+ countries / 250+ routes and supporting Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Available routes and subscription status are shown in the user panel. Coverage does not mean every route is available at all times.

The service provides network connectivity, not accounts, content licenses or paid benefits from third-party platforms. When accessing international websites, users must still follow the relevant platform's regional, account and usage rules. Access to third-party services depends on their own policies and operating status.

Accounts and Subscriptions

No email address is required to create an account; a username and password are sufficient. Users should keep their login credentials and subscription links secure and not share them publicly. If you notice unusual logins or a leaked link, check your account in the panel and promptly submit a ticket to prevent further disclosure.

There is no device limit, for use by the account holder across different devices. This does not authorize resale or account sharing with others. Renting or reselling subscriptions, or giving others access to an account or subscription link, is prohibited.

Monthly subscriptions are ¥9.9/month with 60GB, ¥18/month with 250GB, and ¥28/month with 500GB. Data resets monthly on the activation date; mid-cycle upgrades are prorated by the remaining days. Data packages are ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB. They remain valid until used and never expire. Check the billing method, data allowance and order total before placing an order.

Acceptable Use

Users must comply with the laws and regulations of their location and those relevant to their use of the service, and are responsible for ensuring their use has a lawful basis. The service must not be used for fraud, intellectual property infringement, distributing unlawful content, unauthorized system access, network attacks or other unlawful acts.

Users must not interfere with routes or other users' normal use, abuse the service to send spam, or consume system resources improperly. Activities involving external content or transactions are subject to the applicable rules of the user and the relevant platform. VPNRV does not guarantee the accuracy or legality of third-party content or the fulfillment of third-party transactions.

Availability and Limitations of Liability

Connection performance depends on the local network, carrier routing, the status of the destination service and device configuration. Maintenance, route adjustments, external network failures or force majeure may interrupt connections. VPNRV does not guarantee consistent connection performance across all regions, times or destination services.

If you encounter a problem, use a user panel support ticket to provide the platform, route name and issue details. Do not submit your password or full subscription link. These terms do not waive any liability VPNRV must bear under applicable law. Service disputes should be handled in light of the cause of the issue, order details and applicable law.

Payments and Refunds

You may request a full, no-questions-asked refund within 30 days of your first payment. To apply, sign in to the user panel and submit a ticket stating that you would like a refund and providing the relevant order details for verification and processing. A refund request does not need to be based on a connection issue or any other specific reason related to use.

Payment methods are Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Refund verification and follow-up are handled through support tickets; this page makes no additional commitments about payment processing times. Users may keep their order and ticket records to check the status of a request. Refund rights will not be retroactively reduced by later updates to this page.

Account Termination and Changes to These Terms

In cases of unlawful use, resale or sharing, service interference, or account security risks, VPNRV may suspend the relevant access and investigate as appropriate. Confirmed serious violations may result in termination of service. Users who disagree with a decision may submit an explanation through a support ticket. Account actions do not affect refunds or other rights that must be honored under applicable law.

If these terms change due to service arrangements or legal requirements, the updated terms will be posted here with the month of the latest update. Significant changes to subscription benefits will be announced on the site or in the user panel. Changes will not retroactively cancel benefits attached to existing orders.
